Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders, received by 11.00am Monday to Friday, out that same day. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most parcels (this may change for larger shipments). Express orders will be shipped Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour and surcharges for this service are detailed in checkout . Please note that some destinations in the UK are a two day service.

Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 service is available on orders over £40.00 and delivery charge is £3.75 per order below this amount .

The customer will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made or if delivery is attempted. The customer will also be responsible for any additional costs incurred directly as a result of them delaying delivery and the order being returned to us.

Delivery is currently only available for UK customers .
